My grad school office can basically only boil water so making lunch that isn’t your standard oatmeal or cup of noodles is tough. These miso soups are perfect because they take one minute to make and taste great. I especially like the onions and eggplant. The texture is great!!! Highly highly recommend
If you like eggplants, as we do, you’ll adore this particular Tsubi. And the ginger is lovely too. Ever since I first came across Tsubi, I’ve maintained that, these soups are the best plant-based/vegan option in instant soups. I’d go so far as to say that if you like delicious veggies you are bound to like Tsubi soups. I am hoping they continue doing what they have been because it’s all simply delicious and nutritious. Thanks very much, and good luck!
This is such an energizing combination with several different flavors popping up as you sip and chew. There are different textures too and that makes for an interesting healthy snack - it's like going on a little adventure. I turn it into a sensible, light lunch by adding a jammy aka soft-boiled, egg - rich, energizing and at the same time comforting.
I have Tsubi miso soup almost every day!!! Love the eggplant!
