Yes, we source our premium, artisanal ingredients throughout the northern and southern tips of Japan, with the exception of Nagano. All ingredients used to make our authentic Japanese soups (including our miso soups) are fully traceable under HACCP and the ISO 22000 traceability certification.

Our plant-based soups align with most diets. They’re allergen-friendly, nut-free, made with non-GMO soybeans, certified gluten-free, and 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We don’t use seed oils, MSG, preservatives, fillers, or artificial colors.
