Subscription Policy 

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to recurring deliveries at the frequency selected during checkout with the discounted price.

Minimum Commitment & Early Cancellation Subscription discounts are offered in exchange for a minimum commitment of two fulfilled orders (your initial order plus one recurring order). Subscriptions cannot be canceled prior to the second order being processed.

If a subscription is canceled before completing two full order cycles, we reserve the right to charge your stored payment method for the difference between the discounted subscription price and the standard one-time purchase price.

Bi-Annual Price Adjustments Subscription product prices and shipping fees are reviewed and adjusted twice per calendar year to reflect current retail pricing, discounts and carrier shipping rates. Adjustments may result in either an increase or a decrease in your recurring total.

You will be notified via email at least 14 days prior to any price or shipping rate adjustment taking effect on your subscription. If you do not accept the updated pricing, you may cancel your subscription without penalty prior to the upcoming renewal date, provided your two-cycle minimum commitment has been met. Continued use of the subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Billing & Renewal Your payment details are stored securely, and your account will automatically be charged prior to each dispatch. Subscriptions renew automatically on your chosen schedule until canceled.

Changes & Cancellations After fulfilling your minimum two-order commitment, you may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time via your customer portal or the link provided in your order confirmation email.

Cancellations or modifications must be submitted prior to your next scheduled billing date. We cannot cancel, edit, or refund orders that have already entered processing. All returned items remain subject to our standard Returns Policy.
