Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in California, USA. 


Shipping Rates

  • United States:
    We offer free ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 USD.
    Orders under $100 are subject to standard carrier rates calculated at checkout.

    For expedited shipping, please select a paid option at checkout.
    Our products are also available on Amazon Prime. 

    Restricted Regions:

    Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or certain high-risk or remote regions. 

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. 
During peak periods — such as holidays or promotional events — processing may take slightly longer.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s progress. 


Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Carrier selection is based on your location and the service options available at checkout.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including apartment or unit numbers and any specific delivery notes.
Because our shipping process is automated, we are unable to modify addresses once an order has been dispatched.
If you need to make a change after shipment, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to request a reroute.


Delivery & Claims

Once your order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered complete.
If your package appears missing:

  1. Check around your property, mailbox, or with neighbors and family members.

  2. Contact the carrier directly to file a delivery claim using your tracking number.

  3. Provide us with the claim number if additional support is needed.

Please note that Tsubi Soup cannot be held responsible for packages that carriers mark as Delivered but are not received. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in these cases.

International

We currently ship to a limited list of overseas destinations serviced by reliable couriers.

For international orders, shipping rates are automatically provided by the available carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS, etc.).
Please note that couriers apply a minimum base rate which may appear expensive for a small order. Our soups are lightweight, so try adjusting your cart quantity up to find the most cost-effective shipping threshold. 

Shipping fees vary by destination and distance from the U.S.

  • Customs & Duties:
    International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS may contact you directly for payment of these fees before delivery.

  • Customs Delays:
    Each country’s customs process is unique, and clearance times may vary. While most shipments clear promptly, occasional delays can occur due to inspections, documentation, or holidays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these procedures.

  • Restricted Regions:
    At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or certain high-risk or remote regions.

  • Food Import Regulations:
    Please confirm that your country allows the import of shelf-stable packaged food before placing your order. Any shipments rejected or destroyed by customs cannot be refunded.
