Tsubi Soup is quick, tasty, and healthy! Our plant-based Japanese soups are made in small batches in Japan from pure, premium ingredients, and they’re ready to enjoy in just 5 seconds.

Beyond just having a long shelf life, our freeze-dried soup cubes make it possible to prepare delicious, nutritious soups with rich flavors and true textures in seconds. 

Furthermore, scientific research has shown that freeze-drying plant-based foods retains nearly all of the ingredients’ health benefits. We only use plant-based, clean, unprocessed ingredients, so every spoonful is packed with nutrients, fiber, probiotics, and enzymes.

Our clean, unprocessed ingredients are carefully sourced throughout the southern and northern tips of Japan, with Nagano being the exception. Our ingredients are fully traceable and meet all HACCP & ISO 22000:2005 standards.

Our Japanese soups align with most diets, but be sure to check the ingredients label, just to be sure.

• Pour 6 oz of boiling water over it.
• Stir gently.
• Wait 5 seconds while the ingredients bloom.
