Tsubi decided that if she wanted better instant soups, she would have to go ahead and make them herself. So, she did! She purchased a food dehydrator and started using veggies and other ingredients to craft wholesome Japanese soups in her tiny home kitchen. Tsubi’s passion project resonated with other foodies and health-conscious folks from all walks of life. She realized she had created something truly special.
In 2017, after a period of burnout at her corporate job, Tsubi decided it was time to take a leap of faith; Tsubi Soup was born. The response and reviews were incredible! Tsubi’s instant soups were an instant hit. Tsubi Soup fans all around the world begged for new flavors, so Tsubi kept experimenting with new ingredients and recipes, a labor of love she still continues today.
