This is some of the best miso soup I've ever had, including in restaurants. The miso is mellow and not too salty, and the vegetables taste real and fresh. The form factor is also very convenient, and would be good for travel or camping. However, the price is also on par with ordering from a restaurant, which means this will be a special occasion purchase for me, not an everyday item.
Not only is this soup delicious, it reconstitutes perfectly. Very few instant soups have managed to have veggies that bloom perfectly in hot water. Yours do. The pieces of eggplant, onion and ginger were neither mushy nor hard. The flavours were complex and comforting. Thank you!
